Tyra Banks is Michelle Obama. God help us all

The Sept. issue of Harper's Bazaar features Miss. Tyra using at least 20 of her 275 smiles for the editorial in which she "plays" Michelle Obama. Is this the future of America? I wonder if this is her secret plot to take over the world. Tyra Banks 2012 may really happen people. Save as many as you can.

Don't call me 'baby'

Poor Kelly Rutherford's baby. The Gossip Girl mom to Serena named her son Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch, after the luxury label, Hermes, because their bags are fabulous. That poor child will have some explaining to do when he grows up. Hopefully he will like bags.

Here are some more appropriate designer baby names that Kelly could have named her child:

- Louis. It's a real name and you could always say you wanted to name your kid after a king who got beheaded. Show off your history knowledge.

- Balenciaga. It's exotic and rolls off the tongue nicely.

- Chloé. You could say you named it after this cool blogger you know.

- Miu Miu. Because you can't stop repeating it. Miu Miu. Miu Miu.

Brief break

I had a great time at my trip to VA beach with bf and friends. It was a well needed fun time since I have been so busy with work and I haven't been to the beach this summer. I got to relax at the beach most of the day, did bike racing, and played soccer. In the evening, we saw a comedy show and strolled down the streets. I barely slept the night before we had to leave because my friend will not just let us girls sleep; so we all gossiped all night long--great girl talk :) Hope everyone had a great weekend. I am still suffering from fun withdrawal, please bear with me.
